Frequently Asked Questions

Can i try a class before signing up?

Absolutely! We welcome you to come in and try a free class of your choice (Pilates, Yoga, or Kickboxing) before deciding to join.  Our instructors will welcome you and make your first class an enjoyable experience giving you a better idea of what program is right for you.

Can i join anytime?

With pilates and Yoga we ask that you join when the new 8 week session starts.  Our sessions are every 8 weeks so that new students can joining without waiting a long period of time, and the students in our current classes work on material that builds on the previous classes. 

With Cardio Kickboxing you can join at anytime as although each class is different, they do not necessarily build on each other as they are cardio based. 

Do i need any equipment?

The only thing you will need in Pilates or Yoga is a mat.  You can go purchase a good yoga / pilates mat for approximately $30.  Haven't had the time to get one yet? No problem we have several mats on hand that rent for only $1 per class.   Pilates and yoga classes are barefoot for traction and comfort during exercises.

What is the Cardio Kickboxing?

Our Cardio Kickboxing is very unique.  It is a combination of boxing, cardio, core strength, stamina, and similar to a mini boot camp.   Mr. and Mrs. Power are both fitness enthusiast and have joined this class, it has something for everyone and if your not in shape no problem!  Sheldon, our great instructor, levels the class from a beginner to advanced.   It is an excellent workout and amazing how quickly your body will transform. Take a free class to give it a shot!
